Tech notes: out today for leak in men’s bathroom in pool house. Upon inspection, found that the flush valve gasket has gone bad causing the toilet to constantly run and over flow from the bowl. Replaced gasket and tested. Flushed toilet multiple times and everything is functioning properly at this time. Job status: complete
