Estimate to replace customers hose bib JOB NOT COMPLETED: Damaged copper water line and hose bibb have been cut out and removed. CUSTOMER STATED: garbage disposal will not turn on, and the hot water is not staying hot for more 10 or 15 minutes TECHNICIAN NOTES: technician found that the 2005 general electric water heater 40 gallon is not producing enough hot water due to the age of the unit and that there was a internal leak on the elements at one point in time. Customer has a frozen pipe in the wall in between the kitchen and the cabinet wall. Customer had a previous contractor not provide proper services and the kitchen cabinet is exposed to the outside Elements. Technician turned off the water to the half-inch copper line, where it’s leaking inside the wall and we will make the repair once Walter comes out in properly insulates the wall. Once the wall is properly, repaired with installation, will be able to come out and replace the hose bib on return trip.

CUSTOMER STATED: The water pressure for shower head was low, and the shower head was spraying water everywhere whenever shower was switched to hand held sprayer. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection inspection found that this is a moen bronzed shower head located in the upstairs master bathroom. I found that pressure was standard, but did notice that the shower head was not completely threaded on to drop ear which was causing water to spray behind shower head. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: I was able to successfully remove the aerator from the moen shower head in master bathroom to help increase the pressure issue, and was able to successfully tighten shower head to drip ear with no issues. I was also able to fix the shower handle, and tighten as well. There are no further plumbing issues for todays visit. CUSTOMER STATED: Toilet handle is broken and toilet constantly runs. TECHNICIAN NOTES: Out to the residence today for the concern with 2 toilet in the condo. Full guest bathroom toilet has a worn out flapper caused by chemical tablets and master bathroom toilet has a broken flush handle. AHS has denied the flapper replacement due to chlorine tablets being in the tank, however they have covered the cost to replace the flush handle for the master bathroom toilet. CUSTOMER STATED: downstairs water, filtration system was leaking at the union, and that the upstairs guest bathroom shower was leaking TECHNICIAN NOTES: technician found that the water filtration system was leaking at the union leak due to high water pressure and has been leaking for about 2 to 3 months from the look of the condition of the union. Upstairs bathroom is leaking from the moem shower cartridge due to high water, pressure and age. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: the water filtration system will need to disassembled and the 1 inch brass nipple will need to be replaced. Upstairs Bathroom, shower cartridge will need to be replaced as well. Due to state requirements, we will not be able to make any repairs at time of appointment due to the high water, pressure and customer will need to replace the regulator first before any work can be done to the pressure system. Installed new kitchen faucet and home above the unit that the leak was presenting itself. Everything is working as it should. Upon insulation, we found that the weight was hitting the pipe coming out of the wall and there is no configuration that the plumber can install install the weight to solve that issue.
