Customer/ Tenant States: There is a leak coming from the upstairs hallway bathroom tub. When they use it, it leaks into laundry room. Technician Notes: Upon arrival, we began running water in the upstairs hallway bathroom tub, leak began right away. Determined we will need to replace the tub drain. On a side note, the previous company that worked on this tub for some reason notched into the tub shoe. The cut didn’t go all the way through but weakened this area. There was also no gasket on the bottom side of the tub drain. Resolution: Installed a new tub drain with gasket. Ran water/ filled tub. Leak stopped. Tested again with no leaks. Time will tell if this repair will last due to the condition of the tub itself. Job Notes: No exterior sewer clean out located. Job Status: Complete. Autho: Bill to ResiPro. Estimates: No additional needed at this time.

CUSTOMER STATED : Toilet in downstairs bathroom is clogged and we only have Luke warm water TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the concerns of the full bathroom toilet on the main level being clogged and for the home only having Luke warm water. Tenants have lived here for only a week. Sticker that has model, serial, and bar code for existing water heater has been scratched off, possibly indicating a defective water heater. Water pressure from both hose bibs on the front and back are reading 120 PSI Both the electric water heater and pressure regulating valve are located in the garage. Have attempted to run closet auger but could not clear obstruction within toilet. Appears to be a foreign object inside toilet. I could not extract foreign object. After breaking toilet I have found 3 kid toys (foreign objects) that have caused the issues with the toilet in the full bathroom on the main level. Toilet needs to be replaced due to foreign object being lodged. RESO
