Arrived in site customer stated that they have a blockage on the toilet line and everything else in the home is draining. Upon inspection sent down camera and found a root cluster approximately 8’ out after where the sink drains into the line. Sent down jetter and cleared out sludge build up and then sent down snake to clear roots. Tested all works and set toilet that was already pulled by customer. Everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks or clogs at this time. Gave options to line section of sewer and customer needs to talk with insurance before making a decision.
