Upon arrival customer had explained that the dishwasher backed up into the sink and the sink also backed up when running believe it was the garbage disposal due to it not functioning when he moved into the house after further examination I was able to conclude that the garbage disposal was non-functioning and clogged customer wanted to remove virus disposal gave estimate to remove garbage disposal and reconnect kitchen drain line After removing garbage, disposal and kitchen, drain line, flow restored to drain customer also explained that one of his bathroom toilet was running so as part of membership, replaced flapper as courtesy all work was tested for proper function and leaks. There are no leaks found at this time and all work is functioning properly.
