Arrived on site customer stated that they have leaking tankless. Upon inspection found that the tankless is leaking from the heat exchangers. Gave options on replacement on the heat exchanger and replacment of the tankless, customer needs to speak with landlord and business partner before making a decision. Collected visual diagnostic fee.
