Arrived on site to do members annual plumbing inspection. While doing inspection we came across a few issues that we recommend resolving. We found: -Two emergency shut off valves under kitchen sink that are either seized or hard to turn. Meaning that they are showing signs of potential failure. In case of leak on fixtures you are unable to turn these valves which is why we recommend replacement of them. -Two emergency shut off valves under lavatory sink that are either seized or hard to turn. Meaning that they are showing signs of potential failure. In case of leak on fixtures you are unable to turn these valves which is why we recommend replacement of them. -One emergency shut off valve for toilet water supply that is either seized or hard to turn. Meaning that it is showing signs of potential failure. In case of leak or replacement of toilet you would be unable to isolate water supply, which is why we recommend replacement of valve. -Toilet was loose and able to be freely turne
