Upon arrival, customer stated the shower handle was too tight to turn. Customers are senior citizens, and the shower handle was becoming harder and harder to return overtime. They stated that the shower valve and trim are new, but since installation it has become more and more difficult to turn. After an in-depth evaluation of the following has been determined. * the sleeve that holds the cartridge in place was over tightened, causing the handle to become extremely difficult to turn.
