Upon arrival, customer stated they were still having an issue with your toilet. Customer also stated technician has been out twice to check the problem. After an in-depth evaluation, the has been determined: * customer stated that every once in a while, the toilet would run without being flushed. * customer also stated prior to this visit the fill valve float was getting stuck in the open position. today, Tuesday, September 16, 2025 the following tasks were performed * fill valve was rotated away from the back wall of the tank * flapper gasket was removed and cleaned then reinstalled * rim around the flush valve that meets the flapper was also cleaned and checked for damage All components were tested and are operating as intended by the manufacturer at this time There’ll be no charge for this visit
