Arrived on site to further diagnose issue with basement bathroom. Upon arrival found that we had left the toilet off so when we come back to investigate further, it will be easier to camera the line so we would not have to charge a customer to pull the toilet again. Sent camera down line and found that the downstairs bathroom group piping in the slab is back pitched and is not draining properly, causing issues with backups in that bathroom. In addition to the back pitch pipes in the bathroom, also found that the tiling for the pan was not done properly. Told customer that we can remove tile and shower base and install fiberglass walls. That way she does not have to deal with the issue with the tile and shower is also going to need to be removed anyways for demo to re-pipe that bathroom room. to do re-pipe in bathroom we will need to remove shower base toilet vanity, demo de concrete and install all new piping.
