Annual Plumbing Inspection Completed Hardness 5 Ph 8.2 Chlorine 0ppm Pressure 71psi Annual plumbing inspection completed. Minor issues found through out the plumbing of the home, clients main concern was the existing water heaters age, and the washing machine valves were old. Other issues include shower trim replacement and linkage for tub waste doesn’t move. I provided options and client would like to replace water heater and valves for washing machine as well as eliminating corroded gate valves that serve kitchen sink. MyGuy performed all work agreed on, turned water back on to home, tested for leaks, and purged air from system. There are no leaks at this time and everything is functioning as it should.
