Hardness 4 Ph 7.0 Arrived on site customer stated that they are interested in a tankless. Upon inspection found that due to the amount of bathrooms 2 tankless units will need to be installed to keep up with gpm and a dedicated gas line will need to be installed as well. Gave options to install 2 tankless unit in tandem but recommend keeping powervent water heater. Performed inspection and found that full bathroom downstairs fill mechanism is broken and can cause poor flushes in the toilet customer stated that it is flushing fine at this time. Also found that the two upstairs bathroom shower handles are stiff to turn but are operating as it should. Gave options on repairs and customer would not like to move forward at this time.
