Performed annual maintenance on domestic side. Descaled heat exchangers and cleaned out all filters on unit. Discussed with homeowner that we can do this again in approx 2 years since no one lives in this house and their are only occupants a few months out of the year. Contacted manufacturer to document that service was done.
