Arrived at call for toilet and not flushing correctly and randomly filling. Upon further investigation into plumbing issue, it was found that toilet flapper had failed causing water to leak past and into bowl. With water leaking past toilet flapper, it caused full valve to fill randomly. Today we performed a minor rebuild on toilet. This includes replacing fill valve and flapper. After installation, all connections were tested for leaks, and no leaks were found toilet was flush to multiple times to ensure proper use and function of plumbing fixture. 1 year parts and labor
