Arrived on site customer stated that they are getting consistent heat on the spare bedroom zone 4 even with the thermostat off and they also have a small leak on the bathroom baseboard in master bedroom. Upon inspection found that the zone valve head was stuck open and needed to be replaced. Upon inspection of the leak found that we will need to install a set up on the supply for the boiler to blow compressed air throughout the loop because we are unable to drain by gravity. Replaced zone valve head and everything appears to be in working order. We will be returning tomorrow morning to drain down system and repair leak on the baseboard. Collected payment for today’s work.
