New single handle shower valve through tile with membership Arrived to home for broken shower. Upon inspection found 3 handle shower valve and middle diverter completely broke off of valve. Could be threaded back in but customer has been having problems with it. Talked about single handle valve which would be the best option. Tile and drywall behind tile was completely soaked and warped. Informed customer that I would be cutting out a big section to do the job and the saturated section needed to be replaced anyways. Customer is aware. MyGuy supplied and installed new Moen single handle shower valve and after tested for leaks, there are none at this time. Referring Allstates restoration.
