Found a 2” conduit and a 3” cast iron drain line that runs from the third floor to the basement below The conduit is closer to the wall and the customer isn’t particularly concerned about relocating this one in particular However the drain line will need to be moved in order to install the kitchen island the customer has planned Emailed estimate on the replacement/relocating of the existing sewer in the kitchen to the floor below By code we are only allowed one transition from a drain system, this means we cannot use pvc to replace just one section of piping The remainder of the pipe out to the street would need to be replaced with PVC as well

Unjam garbage disposal with tool. Customer had a jammer garbage disposal and wanted to try unjamming it first. Tried and tested to make sure its working and at the moment the disposal is unjammed. Left estimates to replace tub spout and shower head. Customer is going to purchase the shower head and tub spout and reach back out for me to install in the near future

Customer rents the home and wanted me to check to see why the faucet was loose in the upstairs bathroom and wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with it. There was access behind it and I found there were shake bites on the tub spout.

Cleared main line blockage with k60 sewer machine and evaluated line with the camera once the blockage was cleared. Sewer line is clear of all obstructions at this time. I believe the cause of this issue was waste debris build up lodged in the 90 that turns down to the sewage ejector pump located in the main homes basement. The rear home was just added to the rear of the existing home about 2 years ago. The sewage line for the rear home discharges into a sewage pit located in the main homes basement, then gets pumped out to the main homes sewer system. Looked the entire system over while I was onsite, all seems to be working as it should at this time. Emailed copy of invoice to homeowners email.

Clear outdoor floor drain with box jetting machine and inspect drain with camera once the blockage has been cleared. Arrived at the house and hydro jet the storm drain in the back of the house in the back door and try to put the camera but the drain has a p trap and the camera didn't pass so I hydro jet and put 50 ft back and forward and also run water to flush and see any back up and line is open and clean job is complete

Cleared outdoor floor drain with k50 sewer machine, drain is now operating as it should with no issues. Ran 100 feet of cable with no issues, cleared blockage 10 feet down the line. I believe the French drain/gutter drains are tied into the floor drain at the basement steps. After I cleared the drain I got lots of water flow coming in from the top of the floor drain, the only thing that can be tied into this is the French drain/gutter drains. Did not leave the home until all water flow stopped. Got authorization to complete from the homeowners sister since he was not onsite. Tenant needs to start clearing out the basement landing area of all debris/LEAFS because this is what caused the blockage to occur. Existing drain does have a grate, but I recommend they purchase a new one since the existing has pretty large gap in the center. Emailed copy of invoice to homeowners email. Also emailed a separate estimate for is to return to inspect the line with a camera.

Replaced 3” flapper assembly on the upstairs toilet Noticed the shower trap was empty and allowing an echoing sound throughout the bathroom when the toilet or lavy was used Spoke with customer about the VP club however the home is being sold in August, and customer would not be using the full benefit of the VP club
