Christian arrived right on time and was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done to flush my tankless heater. He got the job done efficiently and was on his way. I would recommend Christian and Vern’s Plumbing, and will have them back out in a year to flush the system again.

Pulled dishwasher assembly from wall and found the waterline 90s behind the cabinet into the wall Cut out square section of cabinet so customer can place new cabinets after old are removed Customer will call when cabinets are in place to have faucet and garbage disposal reinstalled

Diagnosed tankless water heater issues.
Installedcustomer supplied shampoo system in main level right corner bedroom, system will be caddy cornered in the right corner of the room. All drain lines and water lines are accessible in the basement. Total length for the drain line is roughly 30’ and the total length for the hot/cold water lines is 30’. There will be two half inch holes drilled in the floor for the 2 1/2” water lines and one inch and one 2” hole for the drain line. Shampoo system is working as it should at this time with no issues. Homeowner will going online to pay the remaining balance. Emailed copy of invoice and estimates to homeowners email. ***Water pressure in the home is set a 60 psi.

Customer was having a leak 3 days ago. Another contractor came in and pulled a reset the toilet. There was water just coming out from underneath and they change the wax out and reset it. Customers shower needs to be looked at by a tile guy there are a few issues with it and that could be the cause of some damage below. Customer didnt want to cut drywall at this time nor did he want a safety inspection
