Chris Wilson arrived on time, was polite, professional and friendly. His helper, David, was equally professional and polite. Was kind to the very young dog jumping and running about. Chris diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained the issue well, and gave me the cost to repair, which included the warranty - also explained well. Had the parts required on his truck that he was able to use to fix the problem including an improvement on the handle. The tenant will be satisfied too. Don't hesitate to call them. Chris was great.
Chris was very thorough, efficient, and did quality work. I trust him with my home’s plumbing needs.
Mark and Chris did a great job installing the water heater. They were very efficient, neat and creative with the install. Highly recommend their services.
Arrived at the house and spoke to the husband and he show me the shower neck was broken so I heater the pieces and took it out and he already have the part put it in and test and no leaks found job is complete
Put together estimates for the replacement of the rear hosebib as well as recaulking the shower Currently the existing grout seal is cracked, this will allow any water that runs off the wall to escape to the floor below It’s recommended a tile professional take a look and give you tile or grout replacement options to for a proper repair
Existing well pump is getting the proper 240 volts it needs, but not producing water. Well pump has burnt up and needs to be replaced asap. Existing 45 gallon pressure tank is on a 30-50 pressure switch, this means the air inside the tank should be set at 28 psi. The existing tank is only holding 12.5 psi at this time. This tells me the bladder inside the tank has ruptured and the tank needs to be replaced along with the well pump. Installed new 3/4hp 7gpm well pump, 10-2 well wire, 1” black poly well piping, well seal, 52 gallon pressure tank, 1 1/4” tank tee kit and main water shutoff valve. New well system is operating as it should at this time with no issues. Wrote down all of the information for the well on the 52 gallon pressure tank. Emailed copy of invoice to homeowners and mail. *** if you notice any pressure loss in the home the first thing you need to check is the whole house filter. The existing filter was completely clogged with dirt and sediment, I ended up installin
Ran call for error code 102 on 9 month old IMP water softener. I don’t know this happened, but the nut that keeps the piston and stack assembly in place ended up backing out of the threads. This caused the filter to go into limbo because it could not find the proper cycle because of the loose piston/stack assembly. Ended up installing a new injector, piston and stack assembly while I was onsite. All of the original parts seemed like they were in good condition, I just replaced them as a precaution. Ran filter through multiple cycles while I was onsite, filter is working as it should at this time with no issues. Today’s visit was covered under warranty. Emailed copy of invoice to homeowners email.
Went over master bathroom remodel with homewoner
Homeowner smelled gas under deck back of home. Found leak on flared fitting. Resealed and retightened. Check entire gas run for any additional and rest of piping is leaking at cartridge free.
Installed high pressure regulator at connection below deck. Tried starting unit and it ran, but sounded rough. Turned unit off and installed a tee to check gas pressure. We had 11 inches of water column but unit was still not running properly. Called manufacturer to see what the BTU requirements are to see if maybe the unit is starving for gas. They were unable to provide btu rating for propane. Asked them why the unit isn’t running smoothly when we have the required water column, after a 30min hold they mentioned we are supposed to remove the high pressure regulator that came with the unit and still use the low pressure regulator. I disconnected the high regulator and just connected the low regulator to our gas line and the unit worked as should. Ran quiet and smooth. Reconnected the 2 regulators back up and left them as I found them. Not able to contact homeowner at this time since he is at work and unable to receive calls. Technician wasn’t sure if homeowner was ok with disconnectin
