Removed drywall in the upstairs hallway bathroom and kitchen ceiling so we could find the source of the water leak in the kitchen ceiling. All water piping behind the shower valve in the upstairs hallway bathroom is nice and dry at this time with no issues. The leak was coming from a 3/4x3/4x1/2 quest tee located in the kitchen ceiling. Installed new 3/4x3/4x1/2 pex tee with all new quest by pex adapters, existing water line is now working as it should with no issues or leaks. Vern’s plumbing will NOT warranty this work due the condition is the existing piping, the homeowners are aware of this. Highly recommend we return to pull/reset the upstairs hallway bathroom toilet and install a new 1222 Moen shower cartridge in the upstairs hallway bathroom. Also spoke with them about replacing all of the water piping in the home. They don’t want to do that at this time because they’re in the process of selling the home. Homeowners had no other plumbing questions or concerns at this time.
Customer had issue 2 weeks ago with his yard hydrant out by the horses. Customer has not tested for about a week until today. Tested and it has water flowing at this time no issues today

Customer had a leak on the cold water line above the shower in the basement. Repaired the effected area and tested to be sure of work and everything is working as intended
Customer had a leak prior to my arrival while someone was taking a shower. Tested all fixtures in the two bathrooms that are on that portion of the house and could not make it leak again. Looking at the outside of the tub the floor has rotted out due to installation not being done properly. Caulked around the tub spout just incase that was the cause of leak. It isn't leaking at this time
Repaired the polly water line leading to the well pressure tank and coupling the other side of it to the copper. Customer wanted too cap the lines at the shower but they lead elsewhere after the leaking section and would lose water in other unknown location
Customer was looking for pricing on a few different repairs. Left estimates customer has another company giving estimates today and will reach out if needed

The person whp broke it is going to fix it. Customer has a 1inch main water service feeding the second house on the property that was hit with an excavator.
Today i returned and put in a whole house filter. Added a valve out of courtesy to prevent the house from flooding down on top of it when chainging. Hot side of kitchen faucet had to replace a valve and 3 ft of pipe. After all that i went to test it and ghe valve i installed leaked and had to replace it and add a coupling. Tested afterwards and everything worked as attended. No leaks. Customer has very acidic water
Customer has their main water line coming into the house that has a leak on a valve and their filter is installed on the wring side. Will relocate that and tie the pipes back together. They also have a leak off the hot side of the kitchen supply where the angke valve and the pipe leading to it need to be replaced. Customer would also like the side sprayer in the kitchen faucet changed.
Furnish labor and materials for the addition of a new basement bath rough-in and setting of customer supplied fixtures. - Concrete break up for the installation of a new sewage ejector basin and pump. - Installation of 2 inch PVC piping for discharge side of pump and connection to main DWV copper main within closet on right side of home. - Installation of a 1-1/2 inch PVC vent from bathroom location on left side of basement and route piping to right side of basement to bathroom on first floor. Removing of drywall within bathroom and connecting vent above bathroom sink to existing vent within wall. - Break up of additional concrete for the installation of new sanitary drain piping for a toilet and hand sink. - Pouring of new concrete to replace what was taken out. - Installation of new 1/2 inch PEX water piping (hot and cold) for new toilet and hand sink. Piping shall be surface mounted on outside of wall within bathroom due to wall thickness not allowing piping to be installed within.
