Replace vanity faucet with moen single handle faucet. The supply valves are leaking and those also need replaced Partial rebuild for the back side of the toilet changing out the fill valve flapper and tank lever Returned and removed the valves and replaced them aswell as the faucet and supply lines in the hallway bathroom. Compression nut on tail piece was broken so I replaced that as a courtesy. In the master bathroom I did a partial rebuild on the American standard toilet in there. Tested both and checked for leaks and everything is working as intended
Customer needs a vanity faucet replacement. At that vanity the valves also need replaced. Customers tenant states there's also an issue with the toilet in the master having issue filling the tank. Home owner did not answer
Walked entire building and did not locate a testable backflow preventer. Found 9 non testable devices throughout the space. This location does not have a testable device. While walking the space I did notice that the pressure reducing valve for the dishwasher was leaking and needs replaced, and also the spray faucet to the right of the dishwasher was leaking on the hot side handle and a new cartridge is needed.
Arrived at the location and run water from the standing shower with the owner and he saw everything and no issue found shower is drain properly it just need to clean the small screen inside the drain
Secured existing powder bathroom faucet that was loose and wobbling Located kohler Purist push button diverter stem that will need to be ordered Also emailed estaimte for replacing the hot and cold assembly for the Kohler ultraglide faucet K-1092203, these are preset hot and cold assemblies and the customer has a cold installed in the hot, causing this handle to turn the wrong direction, no change when the cartridge is flipped
We shall install customer supplied, warranty, water heater. We shall dispose of existing unit. Installed new warrantied unit and restored water, ran without aerator to clear any debris within the newly installed heater Reinstalled aerator to the faucet and ran water on the hot side for appx 5-6 minutes to bleed out any remaining air pressure within the system After system was running smoothly with no signs of air or bubbles, flipped breaker on and allowed system to complete reconfig of the unit while the unit has water flowing through it the count down timer starts from 60 and counts down to 0 At 45 seconds the unit fires on and is supposed to begin heating the water to the desired set point, after allowing the timer to reach zero the unit was not producing hot water Conducted a number of tests, revolving water flow on the hot and cold sides as well as removing flow from the cold side and only allowing the eemax to flow With no luck producing any hot water the technician called E
Found water was pouring in from the band board in the basement area Started with turning off the main water and depressurizing the system, doing so made no immediate change to the subfloor leak Allowed a few minutes for the water to dry away or dissipate from the joist however the water did not change in flow Began looking around outside and noticed the customer had 2-3 inches of water pooling around the outside of the home As well as a new new wall penetrations from the recently installed decking Let customer know I did not believe there was an issue with the plumbing it’s self at the time and unfortunately there may be some issue with the foundation or wall siding Helped customer find a foundation repair company in order to take a look and rule out all potential foundation issues
Comfort tee for recirculating pump has failed, tee needs to be replaced asap. Once the tee was installed all cold water in the home was restored. Wrote separate estimate for a 1054 IMP water right water softener, this unit will correct the 8 grains of hardness that’s currently in the homes water. Emailed copy of invoice and estimates to homeowners email.
Freed garbage disposal with Allen key Customer used the keys that come with it and just needed more torque Left customer with information about a larger Allen key or a set for future use
Found the electric Emax water heater is not firing on to provide hot water to the fixture Replacing the element that heats the unit can fix the issue causing the water to not heat Emailed two estimates for the repair of the unit as well as replacement so customer can compare the costs
Installation of a new fill valve in the upstairs bathroom Existing fill valve was not allowing water to pass through and fill the tank, restored water and test flushed to ensure no further issues with the toilet
Arrived at the location and spoke to the manager on site and. Flush the toilet couple of time and also run the hand sink to see any back up and toilet is working properly no issue found call Felicia and she approved to replace the flapper and the handle on the left side toilet flush it couple of times and toilet is working properly show to the employer job is complete
