Install a Kohler highline in customers hallway bathroom Cut out flange and replace flange in hallway bathroom Pulled old toilet and found that the flange was rusted away and broken. Cut the flange out and used an inside fitting flange for repair. Installed new toilet caulked and checked for leaks and everything is working as intended

Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet, new faucet is working as it should at this time with no issues. Wrote separate estimate for is to return to install a customer supplied garbage disposal and re-pipe the drain line underneath the kitchen sink. Homeowners need to purchase a 3/4hp septic assist garbage disposal.
Arrived to home and all but 2 fixtures had running water. Stephen showed me what was coming out of hose bib in front yard. Debris was water softener resin. Existing softener has failed and caused the resin to clog fixtures within home. Technician went from fixture to fixture blowing debris out into a bucket. Removed cartridges from faucets and blew debris out. Removed stems from hose bib in front and cleared cold water lines together. Disconnected washing machine hoses at washing machine and cleared line. Cleared lines and fixtures at (1) powder room bath, (1) kitchen sink faucet, (1) washing machine, (2) hose bibs and (2) full baths. Ran water at each fixture until water ran clear. Replaced master bath aerator and rebuilt hose bib on front of house with new stem, did not replace vacuum breaker. All fixtures are working as should. Water softener is now in bypass. Homeowner to call moen for a possible warranty hose sprayer for kitchen sink faucet. Picture of faucet with model number is

Customer has an older filter that has been out of service for atleast two years. Left estimates for replacement with and without membership
Tested sump pump and found that the check valve for the back up pump has failed and allowing water to back cycle into pit. Existing pump is working as should. Installed new check valve and tested. Will look for new basin lid. Basin is 18 inches diameter.

Freed disposal with Allen key, disposal was clogged and not allowing water to pass through the right side of the drain line After clearing ran water for a few minutes to test for any further backups or stoppages Customer asked for an estimate to install a new vanity, toilet, and dishwasher in the unit Emailed estimate to both Tim & Jeannie
Existing pressure switch was not sending power down to the pump as it should. Installed new 40-60 pressure on existing 20 gallon pressure tank, well pump is now working as it should. Air in the existing pressure tank was set at 39 psi and holding as it should. Water line me between the well and house is also holding as it should at this time with no issues. Emailed copy of todays invoice to homeowners email.
Customer called about issues with a toilet. After inspection I found nothing to be wrong. I did leave an estimate to replace the components in the back side of the toilet. Also during a quick inspection found a filtration unit that is sitting idle and left estimates to remove and replace that aswell.
Pulled toilet and found closet flange cracked. Installed new flange, reset toilet and tested.
