What I thought was an easy fix by a plumber turned out to be a very expensive job in the amount of $625. I don't have the money for that kind of fix

I was hired to fix a leaky faucet in a bathroom. I removed the old faucet and replaced it with a new one. I also replaced the supply lines and connected them to the new faucet. I tested the faucet to make sure it was working properly before leaving the job site.
Installed new tub spout in upstairs hallway bathroom, new spout is working as it should at this time with no issues. Will return to install new kitchen faucet cartridge once we receive it from shipping. Install will have to be scheduled after 06/08/2025 because the homeowner will be in Ireland.
Customer is going to be getting her own Badger 5 for us to install for her. When I return I will also be replacing all the pull twist plastic shut off valves to quarter turn ball valves. The master bathroom the hall bathroom and kitchen area will have all the valves replaced and supply lines installed
Arrived to home and spoke with homeowner from ring doorbell. She mentioned to me that water is pooling / discharging from right side of home. She told me that the basement door was unlocked and that the sump pump was located in closet below stairs. I looked at discharge line on side of home and noticed the pump does not satisfy. Constant flow of water. I entered the basement and inspected the sump pump. This basin was installed I believe by a water proofing company. Any time that I have come across these types of units, the homeowners have mentioned a water proofing company doing the work. This led me to believe that this ground water issue has been going on for some time. Homeowner moved in last summer. I unplugged the sump pump and monitored the amount of water coming into basin. Water level was rapidly rising. I allowed water to get to 2nd pump to test pump. Pump turned on as should. The pump is pumping the water out as fast as it’s coming in. Water level does not drop while pump is
Unjam garbage disposal with tool. Customer had a minor blockage not alowing her garbage disposal to work properly it was causing the reset button to pop. Used the Badger tool to remove blockage and operation is back to normal
Install a shower arm attached offered through Lowe’s Installation of two new kohler shower cartridges Replace pull down sprayer hose Sprayer hose for Kohler forte K-10433-BN Installed new cartridges and pull down sprayer hose gasket Could not remove existing collet spray hose nut Installed new gasket fittings on faucet and let customer know of change The next repair for this faucet should constitute as a replacement
Left customer with estimate on the installation of a new hosebib, customer mentioned they’re going out of town this weekend and may call to have work scheduled for next week Let customers know I was unsure how schedule looked and couldn’t promise an immediate time frame
Free estimate on whole house sanitary sewer pump.
Remove existing dialectic nipples and corroded fittings to repair leaks. 03/05/2025 Technician repiped side loops on heater. Replaced all corroded fittings coming off of side of heater. Piped T&P discharge pipe from heater to mop sink. Turned off water heater, drained down and piping replacement. Refilled water heater and turned on. Waited for heater to satisfy temp. Went around kitchen and bathroom to bleed air and test for hot water. All fixtures have hot water. Did notice that the 3 comp sink faucet constantly runs if shutoff to spout isn’t off. It’s a T&S brass faucet and requires new cartridges. Also tested the isolation valves / stops for same faucet and neither of them are holding when turned off. Double bowl sink faucet leaks / sprays water from spout connection to faucet body. Faucet would need a new 8 inch spout. Faucet make is Krowne. Check all other sinks and they are working as should at this time.
