Customer has water mark on wall outside of a closet in a guest bedroom on the 2nd floor. There is a toilet on the 3rd floor that could be the issue, left estimate to pull and reset..offered to cut the walls but the opted to not so that today.
Installation of a new kitchen sink basket strainer. Installed new basket strainer. New strainer was slightly deeper than existing, had to remove existing trap adapter and install new so existing dishwasher connector could be reused. Tested work with no issues. Sink is draining as should and leak free. Strapped dishwasher drain hose above connection to drain line to create an air gap.
We shall furnish and install hot and cold cartridges on jacuzzi tub faucet. 07/24/2024 Technician installed new Jacuzzi cartridges in both the hot and cold side of tub valve. Tested for proper operation. Noticed water dripping under tub from spout. This was caused by water flowing out of tub spout onto top of tub and back towards spout. Used silicone to seal edge of spout. Allow silicone to dry for a day or 2 before using. Monitor area to make sure item is leak free after a couple uses.
Technician arrived to gather measurements on existing sink. Decided to give installation of the pop up a go. Was able to remove existing pop up assembly and installed new. Existing p-trap for sink was cross threaded so technician had to replace p-trap and trap adapter with new. Gathered information pertaining to the master bath tub and found that the faucet is a jacuzzi brand faucet. Will reachout to manufacturer on replacement cartridges.
Installed new blower motor assembly under warranty.
Installed new hose bib under warranty. New hose bib is a woodford model 19. Existing hose bib which was removed was a woodford model 17. Hose bib installed properly and working as should. Remove gold trim 2 handle lavy faucet from first floor powder bathroom and install a new 2 handle lavy supplied by customer pricing if we were to provide with gold and chrome Attempted to install Roman tub cartridges, and found the tub wrenches the technician has are not the proper size. Attempted to remove retaining nuts however was unable to do so. Spoke with service manager about other items for removal Replaced two handle lavy faucet, after installation of faucet found the pedestal sink is siliconed to the wall and is not supported with the lag bolts within the wall. The base of the pedestal sink is also held onto with either grout or silicone. Due to this the technician was unable to replace the popup assembly provided with the new two handle faucet Spoke to customer about how this was installed and how we can correct this issue with the pedestal sink We will need to remove the sink from the wall to remove any silicone or liquid nails that may be supporting the sink We will nee

Customer is having a pressure fluctuation issue. At the moment when I was here the pressure 70 psi. The expansion tank is full of water with no where the the expansion air created by the water heater to go it is just dispersed through the system. Water heater pan is also full of water but the temp and pressure valve was bone dry. Left estimates to replace either the pressure tank or the entire heater. The flue pipe for the water heater isn’t graded well at the moment and has caused some melting over time on the top of the water heater.
Gave customer multiple estimates on updating a few items throughout her home, including Replacing two tub drain assemblies, as well as the hot and cold side cartridge of the Roman tub and the master bathroom. Customer was also interested in pricing on replacing the lobby sink faucet and the powder room on the first floor. Emailed customer estimates customer needed time to think on them.
Install two ammer arrestors in the washer also the PRV in the main was leaking wentook alook and it was loose so I tighten and check for leak and no leaks found show to Betsy job complete
Arrived at the location and spoke to Betsy and check the laundry for any smell but the clean lady clean the house and it smell like Fabuluso could not get any sewer smell but we are coming back in another day to finish the job that was not completed
