Talked to Kelly and looked at the bathroom in towards the rear of the building This men’s restroom toilet was not flushing and the Toto valve assembly was not flashing Let Kelly know the toilet is flushing, but not automated You will need to press the button for the time being until a replacement battery can be ordered Kelly said if we waited for both parts and came back with them at the same time that would be fine

Main water line and toilets are not showing any signs of leaks at this time. Told the homeowner she can contact the county or Amazon to get the dye tabs so she can test her toilets to make sure none of them are leaking slowly. Kitchen drain is piped in like it should be with no issues. I believe the slow draining is being caused by grease and food particle build up inside the 2” drain line. Highly recommend we start with a jetting to see it fixes the drainage issues. Emailed copy of invoice and estimate to homeowners email. Applied 10% first responders discount to estimate.
Arrived at the house and Jacob open the door and show us the two tub where clogged so I used the small snake and took alot of hair in both tub run water to see any back up and both line are open and clean show everything to Jacob job is complete
Existing 5 gallon pressure tank had a pinhole at the bottom of the tank because the galvanized strapping ate through it over time, tank was also water logged because the water pressure in the home was 120 psi. Installed new 5 gallon expansion tank with plastic strapping and 3/4” pressure reducing valve with whole home pressure gauge. Both of these items are working as they should at this time with no issues. Still wrote estimate to replace the water heater because the existing heater is over 20 years old.

Performed whole home PMA inspection, majority of the plumbing is the home is working as it should with no issues. Pop up assembly for upstairs hallway bathroom needs to be replaced, utility sink faucet needs to be replaced and the kitchen faucet needs to be replaced. Installed new pop up assembly in upstairs hallway bathroom and customer kitchen faucet. Both items are working as they should at this time with no issues. Home does not have an adequate backflow preventer for irrigation system. Leaving estimates to cap off water line to irrigation and or to install a new 3/4” backflow preventer.

Arrived at the location and spoke with Sarah. She provided access and showed me the area in question. I inspected the water heater located under the sink and found it has an internal leak. I turned off the breaker and the ball valve for the small water heater and explained to Sarah that water will continue to drain until the tank is fully emptied.shenis gonna call the office to reschedule for another day to come back to fix the issue
