Performed whole home plumbing inspection, emailed all recommendations to homeowners email. Homeowner needs to contact the company that installed the filtration units so they can give him all the information on the units and the service that needs to be done to them. Vern’s plumbing will not service them because we don’t work them. Homeowner will contact the office to discuss transferring his exiting membership to his new home. Water test results Hardness- 0 PH- 7.6 Iron- 0.2 TDS- 196

Attempted to locate issues with the upstairs classroom toilet Found when this toilet is turned on it is constantly running Technician initially assumed the solenoid was stuck open and not allowing the diaphragm to seal Removed wiring assembly to verify the solenoid, however with the retrofit style flush valve there is unfortunately not a way to replace the solenoid, they’re installed by manufacturer Replacing this flush valve handle would be the next best option Customer opted to remove the flush valve from another toilet upstairs and install on the classroom temporarily Todd would like to purchase another valve on his own and replace at a later date Mentioned I cannot warranty any of the parts being swapped around, if anything happens with them we would be happy to come by and replace/take another look

Breaking down of existing booster pump pump end and motor for the installation of a new pump end and reusing existing motor. Existing pump end / base is non repairable due to repair parts not offered anymore through manufacturer. Pump electric motor is still working as should and the only issue currently is the leaking pump end / base which can be replaced. For work to take place we will isolate electric booster pump and bypass so building still as water. Turning off of electrical power to pump, draining down piping and pump of water, separating motor from pump, installing new pump end / base and reinstalling existing motor. Restoring water to pump, bleeding of air within water piping and pump, restoring power to pump. testing work and pressure once completed. --- Pump end delivery eta is roughly 8-10 weeks.

Complete repair of the existing Elkay faucet in the classroom As well as attempt to resecure to sink Repaired Elkay faucet in classroom, replacement of hot and cold side cartridges, restored water and tested for leaks and any other issues with the faucet Customer had questions about a Koehler faucet in the first floor lobby restrooms and was interested in potentially rebuilding these faucets or replacing Told customer I could send pricing over for the sensor faucets, possibly only installing 1 or 2 just to test in the building and see if it’s well received

Inspected issues with the upstairs women’s toilets and found two needing vacuum breakers, one needinf a diaphragm. And one needeinf a spud Installed two new vaccum breakers and tested for leaks The third stall from the door needed a vacuum breaker and a diaphragm as this toilet was constantly running, replaced both and found no further issues with this toilet Also looked at an Elkay hand sink faucet in the left hand classroom on the second floor This faucet is dripping on the cold side and should have a new cartridge installed When we replace these cartridges technician will attempt to resecure the existing faucet with the existing support brackets. Spoke with Todd about reminding estimates and told him to call the shop or me at any time for any questions regarding the estimates 540-439-6544 (shop) 540-325-3525 (nathan)
