Inspected the sewer line and saw alot of shield band o the pipe and some of the line are upset going to send two different qoute
Remove old angle stops and replace with new quarter turn valve. Customer had a shut off valve leaking in his hallway powder room near the front door. Removed and replaced the angle valve and customer had a braided supply line i put on as a courtesy. Checked for leaks and operation and everything is working as intended. Customer didn't want inspection at this time

Installation of customer supplied Whole house 3 stage filter system. (Vern's Plumbing to supply Spin Down Filter) Installed new filtration unit and spin down filter. Took a look at tankless units and the unit on the right is leaking internally. Mike will be supplying a new unit for us to install. At that time, we will connect communication cable. Cleaned up work area and left out the basement door.
Customer has 16 inch gap in door where water heater is stored behind the vacuum. Customer just looking to get water heater replaced. I left estimates with different options on what he can do. Customer just looking for estimates
Customer had a few different issues he wanted looked at. Customer had two valves for two toilets one in the upstairs hallway and the other in the master bathroom. Customer also had a customer supplied tub spout and a toilet seat he wanted installed in the master. During our walk through we nitices the water heayer was from 2011 but the iron filter when it's put into bypass leaks pretty bad from the head unit. He intends to reach out to the guys who installed it. Customer does need to refill acid neutralizer aswell. Tested and checked for leaks and everything is working as intended

Identify any blockages, root intrusion, or misalignments. Assess the overall condition of the pipe.
Flushed (2) tankless units. Homeowner is having issues with cold water sandwiching. (Hot cold hot cold) and an error code 63 which is for low flow on record pump. I believe both issues are due to units not working together by a communication cables for all. Currently turned off one unit and valves off water. Tested by running water and currently the single unit is working as should. Will get pricing for communication cable from ringing rep and email over as well as sending over pricing on installing customer supplied 3 stage filter and spin down filter for incoming domestic cold water. The water heater on the right has noticeable corrosion on the internal record pump. Will gather information / parts needed to correct issue and email over an estimate. Homeowner to use chicken wire cut into circles to add to exhaust piping on exterior of home to prevent animals and debris from entering.
Replace the Sloan flush valve in the toilet and flush it couple of times to see any leak and no leaks found job is complete
Pull and reset toilet and change out wax ring. Pulled toilet and replaced wax wing bolts and China caps. When I pulled the toilet I found the wax ring to have been used up and was leaking onto the floor of the bathroom. Reset and tested and everything is worming as intended.
Spoke with Paul about turning a half bath into a full bath by adding a shower. Will send over 2 estimates (1) with just adding one shower to existing bathroom layout and the 2nd with moving toilet and vanity and also a shower. Our estimate will be for only plumbing. Shower estimate will be for installing a shower drain for a mud pan / tiled floor. Pulled and reset toilet to see elevation of existing sanitary sewer. Currently sewer is about 1/2” below floor. Sanitary sewer does travel towards the front of the house which is good. Moving of fixtures and or adding just a shower is doable. Estimate will be sent over by email by end of day. Included with the estimates emailed over will be capping off a gas line on exterior of home.
Customers 50 gallon electric water heater is leaking from the control board area. Customer looking to get multiple quotes today and wasn't interested in membership or an inspection. Left estimates at this time
Cleared floor drain with k50 sewer machine, floor drain is now draining as it should with no issues. Floor drain does discharge into the sump pump located in the back corner of the basement. Existing sump pump still working with no issues, pump through multiple cycles with no issues. I do recommend replacing the pump due to the age and condition. Existing 22 year old LP water heater is working as it should with no issues or leaks. I do recommend replacing the heater due the age and condition. Homeowner did not want the free whole home inspection performed at this time. Applied 10% senior citizens discount to all repair estimates. Emailed copy of invoice and estimates to homeowners email.
Remove obstruction from disposal. Was able to unjam the disposal with key tool and pulled a small wire and what looks be some kind of hard organic material. Tested and checked to make so it worked and was draining properly and everything is working as intended
