Installation of a new PRV in the basement Spoke with customer Saturday about pricing Even said I could waive the weekend charge if it was necessary which was removed Customer had some issues with pricing when I tried to collect Would like to speak with a manger to see if she could have payment options I mentioned we offer financing through greensky, who offers 0 apr within the first 12 months Mentioned doing month to month membership as to get a lower price point for today, also let her know a month to month membership is still over the duration of 12 months
Was able to reseal existing PRV to stop the leak for the time being Tech went to two different stores to locate a 1” PrV with no luck Another tech may have one on hand and we can return to install Monday between 2-4 Left bucket under pRV just in case of any water leaks or issues from the valve in the meantime After tightening top cap a quarter turn and adjusting the pressure stem was able to find a secure spot the valve is not leaking in Talked to Watkins and her son about returning Monday between 2-4 to install the PRV
Got information and pictures and going to send two different qoute
Installed frost free hose bib in the front of the home, quarter turn boiler drain in the garage, shower head in the master bathroom and toilet handle in the upstairs hallway bathroom. All of these items are working as they should at this time with no issues. Emailed copy of invoice to homeowners email.
Jet the drain with high pressure power ro remove and obstruction in the pipe. Cleared the drain with snake the cleared even more with the jetter. Grease was in the line abundantly. Tested to to make sure it drained but need to have an air admittance valve installed.
We shall replace Navien check valve under manufacturer warranty removed abd replaced check valve in the heater. Switched it hack to internalrecirculate and tested to make sure we had continuous hot water .
Customer has a bad check valve on recirculate pump on navien heater. Navien is sending out the part, matt is working up billing for today and an estimate for when last arrives
Customer has an issue where the kitchen sink is backing up. Customers tenet stated that the issue had happened about 2 weeks ago and now they're clogged again. Customer did not answer
Got information and pictures and going to send a quote for replacing the water meter in the ceiling in the office area
Snake the main sewer line next to the washer and the last sink on the basement first used the k 50 snake machine 80 ft and run water to see any back up and line still holding water then I used the k60 snake machine and 150 ft and we open the main sewer city out side on the street and put the camera to inspect the sewer and the bottom of the pipe is broken also located the sewer line in the front of the house
Ran call for low pressure at multiple shower heads and leaking from hose bib.Performed the free whole home PMA inspection while I was onsite, majority of the plumbing in the home is working as it should with issues. Explained all of the small issues that I found with the homeowner and emailed all recommended repair/replacement estimates. Emailed copy of invoice and estimates to homeowners email. Water test results Hardness- 13 PH- 6.7 Iron- 0.6 TDS- 241
Check the water heater alarm system and the sensor was dirty and I clean it and check everything else and reset it and alarm is working properly job is complete
