Customer had us return for a shower valve in the hallway bathroom that i needed help with on the ladder. Cut out old valve and replaced the valve with a moen posi temp shower valve. Replaced old trim kid aswell customers plan on doing their own shower head they did not have them today as discussed for me to Install
Wrote estimate to install 1054 IMP water right water softener in basement utility room. This unit will correct the 18 grains of hardness that’s currently in the homes water and 1 ppm of iron. Homeowner will discuss the estimate with her spouse then make a decision later in the week. Emailed copy of invoice and estimates to homeowners email.
We shall furnish and install 80-gallon electric water heater with pan and expansion tank. Installed new water heater, pan, expansion tank and new isolation valve. Will need to return once we acquire new electrical washers to properly secure wire to top of water heater. Will be one day next week. Will have office reach out to schedule.
Customer had a leak in the ceiling that he had already cut out for us to investigate. That wasn't where the leak was so we went and cut behind the shower valve and behind the shower arm after find it leaking from above the valve. Remkve old shower arm and there was no tape or dope on the pipe. Replaced tested and checked for leaks and everything is working as intended

Arrived at location and found that the domestic water backflow has already been tested back in march of this year. I let Felicia know and sent her a picture of the test tag.
Always replace the check valve when installing a new sump pump. The exiting check valve failed and was causing the pump to constantly run.
Installation of a customer supplied primary sump pump. New pump is working as it should at this time with no issues.
Customer has older valves in the entire house. Customer also has older toilets. Customers heater was installed in 2019 but no one put an expansion tank in. Customers main valve is a gate valves but still works. Tested all angle valves and the cold in the master bathroom leaks when off but the rest work they're just old. Leaving estimates on replacing with customer supplied objects for both the toilets and sinks. Left estimates for replacing entire bathroom group for valves and single valves, leaving an estimate on expansion install, and leaving one for the main.
Ran irrigation timer through a full cycle. At the end of the cycle when the timer valves off, hammering was occurring. Pinpointed the cause to the timer itself. Showed homeowner a thread on hammer arrestor that can threaded onto the hose bib to attempt to eliminate issue. Water pressure in home is 40psi. Water pressure isn’t an issue. If problem persists after arrester is installed, I would recommend replacing the undersized expansion tank on the water heater. Home currently has (2) 50 gallon heaters installed with a single 2 gallon expansion tank. Expansion tank should be minimum of 4 gallons and set air charge to 40psi. Homeowner will reach out to let us know if problem persists.
Homeowner had concerns about the existing 13 year old Zoeller battery backup sump pump system. Hooked my garden hose up to the water heater and the ran main pump and backup pump through multiple cycles with no issues. Back up system seems to be operating fine at this time. Homeowner just installed a new battery on the system two days ago. Still recommend updating the system due to the age of the existing. We will be using his battery with the new backup system. Arrived at the location and check all the faucet in the building and spoke to one of the employee and he call Felicia and they have another company came and fix the issues job is complete
Auger toilet in hallway bathroom customer did not want home inspection today. Customer had a issue with the master bathroom vanity tail pipe being to short and he is going to change that on his own. But customers hallway bathroom toilet someone flushed dog poo down the toilet and that caused a blockage. Felt it right in the trap and pushed it through. Tested the toilet flushed sink worked and shower drained and everything is working as intended
Snake it from the employee bathroom and put a cup in the clean out in the inside by the double door and catch the plier and run water from all the hand sink and flush all 3 toilet and run water from the mop sink and camera from both side to see if anything else was inside the sewer line and it open and clean job is complete
