Replace both faucet in the double sink in the lady bathroom and test it and working properly job is complete
Attempt to Jet clean sanitary sewer from bathroom group to main outside of building. Toilet will need to be pulled to access the first part of the sewer and then move to each clean out to fully clean piping. Clean out is located roughly 80 feet straight out from the bathrooms. Sanitary sewer turns 90 degrees to the right and exits the building. An additional clean out is located in the parking lot next to sidewalk. Per Sandy, we will be able to bring in our trailer jetter into the building. This jetter is a gas unit, garage doors will need to be opened while unit is running. We shall follow up with a sanitary sewer camera and video record piping. We shall also notate with tape on the floors of any issues within the piping. Water will need to be supplied from an accessible hose bib to fill jetter water tank on site.
Walked building with Sandy. Current issue is they have 3 toilets backing up due to some type of soft blockage and or a belly / low spot in sanitary sewer.
Check the lady bathroom sink and both hand sink need to be replaced they both leaking when they are used going to send a quote for replacing both faucet
Arrived at the location and inspected the left-side urinal and the middle hand sink, both of which were clogged. I used a small snake gun to clear the blockages and removed paper towels from the sink. I was able to get the urinal flowing properly and flushed it several times. I also ran water through both fixtures to check for any backups. The urinal and hand sink are now working properly. Job is complete.

Re-bed will include cleaning the existing salt tank out, adding new salt, new injectors and inspecting/cleaning the stack assembly in the head of the unit. Both filters are working as they should at this time with no issues. Need to return on 11/25/24 so I can test the water to make sure the units are working as they should. Cleared both toilets with Milwaukee closet auger, toilets are flushing as they should at this time with no issues. 4” pvc clean out got ran over and detached from the 4” pipe in the ground about month ago. This issue caused the sewage water to drain into the yard then allowed a bunch of debris to get inside the 4” main line. Clean out cap next the home is nice and clear, but the one in the middle of the yard is packed with tons of debris. 4” clean out needs to be dug up so we can reattach the existing 4” clean out back to the main line. I won’t know if the fitting in the ground is good until the line has been exposed. Also highly recommend hydro jetting the line once the repair has been completed. Homeowner said he wants to wait to see if he hears back from his other plumbing before he has us do any further work. Will work up estimates with Matt at the office. Sent copy of todays invoice to Don and Erika’s email. Erika will be responsible for todays bill.
