Left customer with estimate to install the new RO system and faucet he has provided We will need to install a new dual turn shut off on the cold side to supply water to the RO After installing new shut off we will replace the existing kitchen faucet with a customer supplied version that has a built in RO dispenser Once the new faucet is installed we can make any necessary adjustments to the drain or waterlines in order to fit the unit within the cabinet properly Customer has other quotes coming later today, and asked for the estimate to be emailed
Rebuild the urinal Sloan flush valve in the men's bathroom and flush it couple of times and urinal is working properly job is complete
Tested (1) backflow preventer. Building does have a total of (3) backflow, we are only hired to test domestic. Location: sprinkler room front left of building outside. Use: domestic water Type: DC Make: watts Model: LF007M1QT Size: 2 inch S/N: 096229 Water pressure: 95psi 1st check: 2.0 2nd check: 1.6 Passed. Accidentally tested the fire sprinkler backflow. This backflow did not pass inspection. The 2nd check failed and the pressure fell below the minimum required of 1.0 psid. Make: Ames Model: Deringer 30X Size: 6 inch Type: DCDA The backflow will need rebuilt. Minimum of 2nd check replaced but highly recommend doing both the 1st and 2nd checks at the same time. Left customer with replacement estimate for garbage disposal Existing disposal was jammed with some food debris, used Allen key to clear debris from disposal and test unit further No further issues found at the time, customer was not interested in moving forward with the replacement estimate at the time
Arrived at home. Sanitary sewer has been partially replaced. Issue the homeowner is having is the sanitary sewer at point of connection to city main has an extensive belly in the line which is holding water. Excavation and replacement of compromised piping will need to happen. Trenchless options I believe will not fix low spots or backgraded piping since the new piping follows the same path as the existing piping. I will return and camera the sanitary sewer to pinpoint exact location of sewer tap. This will need to be done before an estimate is given. Will be in contact with Kunwar on day and time.

3 bathrooms 3.4 chlorine Ph 7.5 Hardness 11 Competed initial walkthrough visit, found the expansion tank was supported insufficiently, removed loose tank straps, and installed strap iron. During the walkthrough found two tub spouts that were not fully engaging while the shower head was on. Emailed estaimtes on the installation of two new tub spouts Completed water analysis report, found the chlorine content was extremely high and the technician strongly recommended the installation of a citysoft unit A chlorine level this high can quickly erode plumbing fixtures, or cause other issues such as brittle CPVC or pinholes in the piping Customer wanted some time to consider options on installation
Replaced old washer pan. Customer got a new washer and the old pan had a raised area where the drain was due to over caulking and it wouldn't not drain any water that got into the pan.
