I recently completed a whole home repipe estimate for a client in the city of San Francisco. The project involved replacing all of the plumbing in the home, including the water supply lines, drain pipes, and fixtures. The first step in the process was to inspect the existing plumbing system to determine the condition of the pipes and the best course of action for the repipe. This involved using a camera to inspect the pipes and identify any leaks, corrosion, or other issues that could affect the repipe. Once the inspection was complete, I provided the client with a detailed estimate of the cost of the repipe, including the materials, labor, and any additional fees. I also explained the process and timeline for the repipe and answered any questions the client may have. The repipe project was completed on schedule and within budget, and the client was very satisfied with the results. They were impressed with the professionalism and expertise of my team and the quality of the work that
Installation of (6) new water adjustment valves (2 valves in each tankless unit). Installed (4) of (6) water adjustment valves on the far right and middle unit Restored power and water to the units and they are both producing hot water at the time The far right unit tripped into an ER-445, after calling Navian they informed me to simply just restart the unit and see if it repopulates After restarting the unit could not get the er to replicate Once the valves for this left unit are in well will be back to replace Also talked to manager about the dishwasher and the possibility of adding a gasket seal to the door to prevent future issues with water leakage
Arrived at location for no hot water. Diagnosed issue to water adjustment valves. Valves are malfunctioning and not allowing water to pass through heaters. This is causing no water at all on fixtures calling for hot water. Replacement of these valves will resolve no water / no hot water issue unless another underlying issue is present which we can determine once these valves are installed and water flow is restored. I will email my supplier to get the ball rolling on acquiring these valves sooner. My supplier is closed till Monday so an answer may not come until then on an eta. Will keep you posted on timeframe
Do one partial rebuild on master toilet replace hallway upstairs toilet and replace the flush gasket in the first floor toilet. Replaced the red flush gasket with a yellow gasket. Started to work on the guest hallway bathroom and just do a partial but when I started to take apart the supply line and remove the fill valve I noticed a leak so the customer went and got a Kohler highline and I installed that in the guest bathroom. The supply valve and supply line were also leaking after installation so those were replaced aswell. In the master bathroom I changed out just the fill valve and flapper for a partial rebuild
