Chris was very efficient and polite when he came to install our tankless water heater. Very professional!
The technician, Chris Wilson, arrived two hours after my call. He clearly explained what was necessary to fix my problem arrived within two hours after I requested help. The work area and path back and forth to his truck was protected. Chris worked quickly while he instructed his apprentice on the task at hand. I will use Vern's again and will request Chris to provide the service. If time permits, I will also compare prices as the cost seemed high for two hours of work and few inexpensive supplies.

Customer called for leak search on a gas line in basement. I tested every exposed line and could not find a gas leak. Customer stated previously that the wardflex was leaking but nothing j seen or tested showed it was leak
Could not discuss the estimate with the homeowner because she’s currently sick and wanted to stay inside by the bathroom. Also offered to check the house pressure while I was onsite, but the she did not want that done at this time. Wrote estimate to replace 40 gallon electric water heater in crawl space. Emailed copy of invoice and estimate to homeowners email.
Arrived at 4:40 and hung out until 5:05 to see of the homeowner would arrive or respond to my text or phone calls, he did neither. Sent him a message saying he can contact the office tomorrow morning reschedule the visit.
Arrived at the location and spoke to the manager on site and he explain everything to me and I check the clean out by the urinal and all 3 hand sink and flush all the urinal and also started to run waternfrom the mop sink and water started to come out and the manager saw everything I used a small camera to inspect inside the wall I told the manager I was gonna send two different qoute for search for the leak and replace the concrete mop sink that is crack

Replace kitchen faucet and side sprayer with customer supplied faucet. Customers hot side shut off valve is not closing all the way. Customer had broken off the handle to their faucet and had bought a new faucet prior to arrival. Removed old faucet by cutting it off of the kitchen sink. Installed new one and tested and the the supply lines were not sealing on the new faucet. Replaced both of those and tested and everything is working as intended now
Customer was looking for estimates on both the back and front hydrants. They're both leaking and have been installed since atleast 2007 when they moved in. Customer does have some damage on the front of the house where the first hydrant is and is going to get that repaired. Customer will call back after that
Arrived at the location and spoke with the homeowner. Turned off the main ball valve to the house and began draining the old water heater. Replaced the leaking ball valve on the cold side of the water heater with a new one. Reconnected both hot and cold water lines and repiped the gas line to the water heater. Refilled the water heater and flushed the entire plumbing system until water flowed consistently through all faucets and tubs. Waited for the water heater to reach operating temperature and confirmed proper functionality. Walked the homeowner through the completed work. Job completed
