The technician, Chris Wilson, arrived two hours after my call. He clearly explained what was necessary to fix my problem arrived within two hours after I requested help. The work area and path back and forth to his truck was protected. Chris worked quickly while he instructed his apprentice on the task at hand. I will use Vern's again and will request Chris to provide the service. If time permits, I will also compare prices as the cost seemed high for two hours of work and few inexpensive supplies.

I tested the unit for any other issues and found that it was working properly. I explained to the homeowner the issue with the unit and how I fixed it. The homeowner was satisfied with the work and paid me for the service.
