Excavation for sanitary sewer replacement from outside cleanout to septic tank. - Hand digging to expose existing sanitary sewer. - removal of existing sanitary sewer. - installation of new sanitary sewer - bedding new sewer with gravel to prevent settling and bellies. - installation of new sanitary tee within septic tank. - backfilling to rough grade only - excavated area will settle over time. Replace anode rode in 10 gallon water heater. Water heater has a strong egg smell. Returned drained down water heater and replaced the anode rode. Tested and as the water was clearing up it was starting to smell.less.
Warranty toilet issue. Toilet flush valve seal does not always seat properly allowing water to drain from tank to bowl. This causes the toilet when flushed to not do a complete flush. Doesn’t have enough water to do so. Replacing the flush valve mechanism will resolve this issue.
Looked over water repipe with homeowner. Homeowner needs piping material to be type L copper and all work to be soldered. Code is a single full bath (toilet, sink, tub/shower) kitchen w/ dishwasher and ice maker box on opposite wall and a laundry box. Will have estimate sent over by email next week.
