I was called to a home to fix a leaky sink and a garbage disposal. I arrived at the house and immediately went to work. I removed the old garbage disposal and replaced it with a new one. I also repaired the leaky sink and tested it to ensure it was working properly.
I was called to a home to replace a cartridge in a printer. When I arrived, I found that the cartridge was not working properly. I removed the old cartridge and installed a new one, and the printer started working again. I tested the printer to ensure that it was working properly and then left the home.
Excavation for sanitary sewer replacement from outside cleanout to septic tank. - Hand digging to expose existing sanitary sewer. - removal of existing sanitary sewer. - installation of new sanitary sewer - bedding new sewer with gravel to prevent settling and bellies. - installation of new sanitary tee within septic tank. - backfilling to rough grade only - excavated area will settle over time. We are not responsible for over settling of disturbed area. Extra dirt if possible will not be hauled off site but will be mounded over excavated area when settling does occur. --- Septic tank will need to be pump minimum of 1-2 days before arrival. --- Trees will need to be removed prior to start date.
