Snake the clean out in the basement bathroom in the ac unit and put 80 ft and while I was snaking I was running water and took out a ball of hair show to the owner job is complete

Installation of a new acid neutralizer Provided customer with estimate of a new acid neutralizer system included in the estimate is the installation of a new sediment filter. Customer currently has a soda ash injection system tested the pH before the unit at the holding tank and found the pH was six also tested water for hardness and found the hardness level seven no iron content or chlorine found in the water at this time The quoted unit is a self-sufficient unit. The customer may need to add salt to however, mixing the sludge like with the soda ash injection, system is not necessary Customer accept the pricing with membership like customer no parts will be ordered and they will be contacted when everything is on hand
Customer is having issues with the heating element in his water heater. It was burnt out and not getting warm. Left estimate for replacing heater and elements. Preformed inspection
Run camera through existing clean out in utility room to visually investigate any signs of a blockage Attempted to run camera from indoor clean out to find we were unable to push past the root ball appx 65 feet in the drain Found outdoor clean out had standing water, from the outdoor clean out ran camera to clear any Additional debris in the line After clearing ran water and flushed toilets from existing bathroom group to clear any debris and check for further stoppages Spoke with customer about the possible replacement of this sewer, rootball is appx 25 feet from the outdoor clean out, running towards the back yard Customer is also interested in having the line potentially relinned to fix roots, told customer this is outside of the scope of work we do however there are local company’s who specialize
Gave customer estimate on the installation of a new filter housing with two new ball valves Existing housing is leaking and was installed close to the floor, customer would like a new filter installed at a higher level to make filter swaps easier Proposed adding a 2x6 into the existing panel, raising the filter housing 2 feet higher than the existing housing Installing a new clear 10” filter housing on the higher 2x6 bracket

Gathered information on the installation of a new gas line for the new stove We need the specs for the stove to be emailed to “Service@vernsplumbing” in order to give a proper quote on the installation of the gas line, using the specs we will ensure the stove won’t cause any sorts of gas line related issues
Snaked from basement shower drain to clear any debris clogging the vent line for the toilet and shower drain ran appx 8 cables to clear debris within the drain line Did not pull back any debris within the cable at the time, however tested by running the shower drain and flushing the toilet to ensure no further stoppages at the time, told customer we cannot necessarily warranty a stoppage, however if this happens again within a short time I’d be happy to take another look
