I am a skilled professional that works for a Vern's Plumbing company. I recently completed an estimate for a tankless water heater installation for a customer. The customer was interested in upgrading their current water heater to a more energy-efficient model. I started by measuring the space where the new water heater would be installed and determining the necessary size and type of unit. I then provided the customer with a detailed estimate of the cost of the installation, including the cost of the water heater, installation materials, and any additional fees or taxes. I also explained the benefits of a tankless water heater, such as its energy efficiency and continuous hot water supply. I answered any questions the customer had and provided them with a copy of the estimate for their records. Overall, the estimate process was smooth and efficient, and the customer was very satisfied with the results. I am proud of the work I did and look forward to completing more estimates in the
Installed chrome tub spout and 1225 shower cartridge in upstairs hallway bathroom, shower is now operating as it should at this time with no issues. Homeowner has no other plumbing questions or concerns at this time.
Replace the cartridge on the left side in the middle lower section and also check the rest of the shower warranty
Arrived at the location and check the small shower on the left side and it was dripping and the handle was hard to turn and I turn the water just for the shower and took out the cartridge and check everything and put it back on and turn the water back on and the shower is working properly job is complete
Installed new cap assembly and bonnet within 2nd to last shower from the left. Shower is working as should. The far right 2 showers flow restrictor are no longer working and to resolve issue, new shower heads will need to be ordered. Will order 2 new shower heads, once they arrive will swing by and install.
Replaced 3 cartridges. One in handicap shower, one 2 showers to the left of handicap and another one 2nd from the left side. All but one shower is working as should. The one that is currently not working needs a new cap assembly. Will order replacement part. Will also order replacement parts to have on hand if anything arises in the future.
Found cartridge assembly was snapped off at the stem Removed front plate and attempted to shut off water to valve using stops in the wall, was able to close the cold side however the hot side was jammed and would not turn With the cold side off water flow was significantly slowed, however still pouring from the shower head Removed shower head and added 1/2” cpvc female and cap to stop water flow until a new cartridge can be ordered
Arrived at the location and spoke Suzy and her number is 703 587 9325 to call her to reschedule for early morning before they open because I need to turn off the main water valve for the building off so I can replace the 3 cartridge for the shower
Part is still in warranty and matt already ordered it and it is on the way when the part get to the shop will call to reschedule to comeback and replace the cartridge on the left side
Tested one backflow preventer. Location: fire Sprinkler room Use: Domestic water Type: RP Make: Watts Model: 957 Serial Number: YE-0878 Size: 3 inch 1st check: 9.0 2nd check: 6.0 Relief: 3.5 Water Pressure: 80 psi Pass While on-site, water pressure was originally over 100 psi. I adjusted the pressure reducing valve to 80 psi.
Arrived at the location and check the shower on the right side next to the handicap shower and replace the cartridge and test it and stop leaking explain to the employer in the front desk job is complete. part is on warranty
