Matt arrived when expected, listened while I explained the problem I was having with the water softener, and went right to work. I went about my normal workday routine. After an hour or so, Matt explained all the tests he had done on my softener, what it needed done, how much it would cost and when it could be scheduled. I was amazed at all the tests he had done, and not a drop water on the floor. He gave me a complete explanation, and answered all my questions. I am delighted to have found such a thorough and pleasant individual to help with my water softener.

Performed whole home PMA inspection, all plumbing in the home is working as it should at this time with no issues. Flushed out existing 50 gallon electric heater and serviced 1054 water right water softener. Emailed copy of invoice and estimate to homeowners email. Hardness- 0 PH- 6.7 Iron- 0
Found the well tank was working fine, roughly 10 years old and holding air pressure on the top side Ran pump through 3-4 cycles to ensure tank was pressuring and pump was working properly Technician could not find any immediate issues with the well pump, tank, or wiring. Signs of age on the piping may be present however there are no active leaks or failures at the time Water pressure related issue is due to the sediment filters At the time customer mentioned they had decent water pressure at each fixture. However if you ran anything else in the house the pressure would drop. Asked customer when the last time the filter had been replaced and he mentioned it had been at least 6 years Technician believes the sediment filters are packed with debris and causing the issues with the fixtures A full sediment filter can keep water pressure from being allowed to pass through the system Customer also has a culligan system installed, noticed the brine tank was full of water however it’s sta

Customer had a leak on a tee that was leading nowhere before the pressure tank removed the tee and replaced 3 feet of pipe towards the pressure tabk. Tested and checked for leaks and everything is working as intended lm.customer would like us back in a few months to replace the rest of the shark bites on the pressure tank

Install existing yard hydrant and repair existing yard hydrant. New hydrant will include a valve box with a 3/4” isolation valve. Will have to dig on the inside of the fence so we don’t go through the horse area, total length of the run is 200’. Homeowner is aware of the fencing that will have to be removed so we can get our machine inside the fenced in area. Gave Kevin a run down on what needs to be completed.
Snake the kitchen drain and the tail pipe broke replace it with a new tail pipe and test it and run water to see any back up and line is open and clean job is complete Note this job is gonna get added on the job next week with Chris job so she can made one check

Customer has a couple of problems. Left estimates for those. But their main problem was they had a blockage in the pipe for their sewer ejector pump.. removed the blockage and now it's working as intended
Replaced 3/4” snakebite main water shutoff valve and 3/4”x3/4”x1/2” snakebite tee. New valve/tee is operating as it should with no issues. 1054 acid neutralizer needs to be serviced asap, the tank is down to the gravel. Sent copy of todays estimate/invoice to homeowners email. Homeowner said that Matt just serviced the neutralizer back in December of 2023. Need to talk Matt to confirm this, we’ll make a decision on what to do next once all of the information has been received.
Installation of a new 1/2 angle stop in the master bathroom, existing had a pin hole leak and was slowly leaking into the cabinet below
Ran call for no water pressure in the hallway bathroom. Discovered that the hot side had a constant drip and both hot/cold had no water pressure. Ended up flipping the the hot side cartridge which fixed the constant dripping issue. Then I had to install a new shower head/shower arm since the existing ones decided to snap off inside the threads when I tried to remove them. Hallway shower is working as it should at this time with no issues. Waived the $199 dispatch fee since we were just onsite yesterday, but I did charge for the new shower head/arm. Sent copy of todays invoice to homeowners email. Homeowner will contact the office to pay the remaining job balance.
