Service Summary: We initially replaced the flapper and fill valve, as the toilet was not flushing properly and the fill valve was not functioning correctly. After installation, the toilet flushed properly for 3-4 test runs, but it became clogged during testing. We used a closet auger to attempt clearing the debris from the toilet trap, which had a significant buildup of debris. When this didn’t work, we ran the lavatory sink to check for mainline stoppages. Bubbles formed in the toilet, indicating a blockage in the main line. We removed the toilet and used our K60 machine, running all 6 cables on the truck. After waiting for additional cables, we ran 2 more cables and successfully cleared a paper towel blockage in the line. We then ran the lavatory sink and tested the drain line with a 5-gallon bucket to ensure there were no further stoppages. Upon attempting to reset the toilet, we noticed the flange was misaligned, causing leaks when tested. The toilet was removed again, and we r

Customer had a remodel done in the kitchen and had a deeper sink installed. The pipes coming from.the garbage disposal are having to run uphill to get to the drain. They need the sink repiped and garbage disposal removed and the drain lowered to now catch the sink with proper flow.

Installation of 4 new moen 1224 cartridge assemblies, restored water to these faucets and tested for any leaks or drips from the faucet assembly’s, also looked at another faucet in an exam room customer reported water was coming out discolored, ran water for 3-4 minutes with no signs of discoloration, if the faucet is not used often it’s definitely possible the stagnant water within the line could become discolored over time. Running this faucet more often will keep this issue from continuing further

Attempted to replace hot and cold moen stems in the lab areas, found the cartridges I purchased had larger stop assembly’s, which would not allow these handles to turn on the faucet properly Spoke with service manager about the issue and new cartridges will be located and ordered Noticed when the water was turned back on the faucet seemed to stop dripping, it’s possible some debris or sediment was allowing a small amount of water to pass the gasket and cause a drip Also looked at break room faucet that was spraying from the aerator Found the filter screen was cracked and full of sediment/debris This can cause the aerator to act strange and spray in odd directions Cleared debris and reinstalled aerator, will call Pauline when cartridges arrive
