Performed ac maintenance on downstairs unit only. It is our install from Dec. 2022. Air filter was still clean. Blower motor drawing proper amps. Delta t was 19 degrees. Return 71 and supply 52. Drain lines are clear. Float switch installed. Outdoor unit is clean, no burned wiring. Capacitor and start assist kit are within specs. Compressor and and condenser fan motor are drawing proper amps.
