Another HVAC company came to unclog my system drain. For any future problem with a clogged drain, it was suggested that I have a condensate pump pan & other work. I didn’t understand why? So I called & had a second opinion with Dobbs. Glad I did, because it’s not necessary to have the extra work done. This saved me $797.00. I will set up the twice a year seasonal HVAC checkup.
