DCM1: Heat complete, replaced 16x20x1 filter. System is fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Maintenance checklist attached. Noticed system did not have a water safety, recommended adding one to shut system off in case of water issues.
