Upon arrival customer stated that all four of there toilets we’re running. Checked all the toilets and all four needed flappers and one needed a fill valve. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved estimate. I installed 4 new flappers on every toilet and one new fill valve on the main floor bathroom. While installing flapper on the toilet in the basement I found the flush tower had a crake on the base of it. I informed the customer of the issue as well as informing her that the toilet would need to be replaced due to the corrosion on the bolts inside the toilet. Going to leave customer with estimate to replace the toilet. All other toilets except the basement one in the basement are working properly with no issues.
