Call back for running toilet. Found guest powder room with flapper chain slightly twisted and tight, allowing toilet to occasionally run. Adjusted chain length and untwisted. Toilet not running, and we couldn’t replicate it running by any other means. Upstairs bathroom chain was folding under flapper sometimes. Adjusted length here as well. Due to severely deteriorated condition of toilets, we cannot guarantee that the flapper housing will last much longer either. Gaskets and other components are so deteriorated that I strongly encourage the replacement of both toilets. Also, I again advised that the water heater is incredibly old. And the internal liner has a high possibility of being cracked. Strongly encourage replacement as soon as possible.
