Came out for back up in basement. Customer showed us where cleanout is in wall and said that where people normally snake it form. He show3d us floor drain by water heater. Drain did have paper all over the floor where it previously backed up but the water has since receded. R3cieved approval to snake/camera. Ran camera down cleanout inside basement and went 100’ down the line. No sign of active back up. Ran camera from outside cleanout in yard down to backwater valve. No sign of blockage. Ran water from water heater into floor drain to ensure it was draining properly. Made sure water was reaching end of the sewer line. Changed pricing for today’s visit to camera inspection only as we did not have to snake. Left estimate with reduced pricing for another visit if we have to come back and snake out a blockage. Price only guaranteed for 30 days from today’s visit. No further issue at this time. House is 60 years old.
