Came out today to install a customer supplied lav faucet cold side stem, due to low flow issues at this one master bathroom faucet. We replaced the stem with new, and it didn’t fix the issue. We then replaced the mixing valve located under that lavatory, and no luck. Bathroom was remodeled in 2021 and water lines are uponor pipe. Only thing we can come up with is that there is a kink in that cold line in the wall. We have done everything possible up to this point, and will need to return next week with Tim to further investigate. Collected for mixing valve replacement today. We will credit this back if any more extensive work is needed to fix the issue. To replace the nut on kitchen faucet, everything under the sink will need to be removed, due to not being able to access it. We can do this when we return next week. BUT, I recommend client just purchase new kitchen faucet, due to us having to increase the price on that task due to all the extra work needed to do it.
