Cap and move existing tank water heater out of the way in the crawlspace area, as there is no feasible way to remove the unit. Billy is not happy with the condensate line routing, as he has plans to finish and utilize area inside basement with water heater. Will return to reroute condensate line at no charge when we also return to install garage faucet once ordered.
