Customer had a usual water usage of around 700 gallons. Water bill for October was around 2400 gallons. Observed the water meter at the curb and recorded under static pressure for 60 seconds and had no water pass through the meter. Checked all three toilets and the t&p and nothing was running. Informed customer before any additional diagnostics are done, that the city should inspect the meter read. Ran a faucet to confirm the meter was registering flow and it is. If we need to return after we can perform further diagnostics. Water heater is almost 10 years old. Replacement by summon of next year is recommended.
