Call for gas leak in crawlspace. Arrived and spoke with Eric. He states that they called Gas light initially after smelling gas outside. Gas light came out and determined that the main pressure regulator on the gas meter needed to be replaced. While on site gas light also found two leaks inside the crawlspace above the hvac unit. Gas has been off since Sunday. I discussed history of the issue with Eric, and we went to the crawlspace together. The two leaks inside locations were above the hvac unit. The first was on a trac pipe fitting, and we were able to observe it with leak detection liquid. After tightening the fitting, the leak is almost imperceptible. The second leak was not able to be found, and the photo from gas light was also not helpful to identify the leak. During the inspection I found several issues and have pointed each out to Eric. 1. Copper gas line, galvanized iron, and old valves are all prone to failures. I recommend considering partially repiping the gas lines t
