Call for no hot water. Arrived and found pilot light was off. Relit unit without issue. Unit is heating. On previous visit there was significant amount of work being done in complex, with digging and boring throughout complex. This customer also called several days ago about the heat being out, and I believe the gas may have been turned off or interrupted. No indication of malfunctioning equipment.
