Call for toilet with weak flush. Arrived and met with Ms. Christine. She states that the powder room toilet does not flush well. Upon inspection I found an older (20-25 year old ) toilet, with significantly deteriorated internal components. I showed Ms. Christine the gaskets falling apart and disintegrating in the tank. Due to age and condition, I recommend replacing toilet. Ms. Christine is planning to replace the sink as well, and they would like to select the toilet and vanity. I am providing an estimate for the toilet installation. Water pressure reads at 55psi at 130pm on a weekday, tested at water heater drain port.
